I’ve tried various breeders and so far this one works the best for my needs. The issue I had was fish eating the eggs through the nets of my previous breeder. I chose this model breeder that has a plastic bottom (eggs lay on the plastic) and mesh on the two sides. Mesh is stainless steel and so far seems to be keeping everyone “safe”.
I like that the breeder can be removed from the clip so you can remove it to clean, or simply waiting for the next batch and simply clip it back onto the sucker bracket.
As for the water circulation, its adequate but I still prefer to add an extra source of water movement.
