Wonderful product! I added some root tabs when planting and the combo of this soil with root tabs delivers massive plants!!! Fish such as loaches and pleco`s love the soil as it is soft on their sensitive mouths. Amazing product and will highly recommend it.

a VERY underrated soil, I don’t know why more aquascapers don’t use it. I love it. I just put some crush lava rock base, root tabs & this soil… and I grow the most demanding competition level plants in it. Very good product. My GH & KH readings stay in optimal ranges as well, which indicates very good buffering capacity as well. The soil is also not extremely nutrient dense, which relies a bit more on you for dosing but light on maintenance, which is great if you cannot change 50% water every week.
