Bio Filter Union O-Ring

The Bio Filter Union O-Ring is a replacement sealing ring designed for UltraZap UV and bio-filter units. It ensures a tight, leak-free connection between union fittings, helping maintain proper pressure and preventing water seepage around joints. This O-ring keeps the system running smoothly and is essential when performing maintenance or replacing old, worn seals.

1/2 Union 50 mm Plus O-Ring

This 1/2 Union (50 mm) with included O-ring is used to connect pipework directly to UltraZap UV filter housings. It allows for easy removal and servicing of the unit without cutting pipes. The included O-ring provides a watertight seal, ensuring reliable performance under pressure.

15–55W Blue Nut

The 15–55W Blue Nut is a replacement retaining nut used on UltraZap 15W, 25W, 30W, and 55W UV filter models. It secures the quartz sleeve in place, ensuring proper alignment of the UV lamp and preventing leaks around the sleeve chamber. Ideal for worn, cracked, or cross-threaded nuts.

Large Bio Union Nut and Flange

The Large Bio Union Nut and Flange set is designed for UltraZap bio-filters and larger UV units. It joins the main body of the filter to the plumbing line while allowing quick disassembly for cleaning and servicing. The flange ensures a stable, flush connection, while the nut locks the union tightly in place.
