McMerwe’s Comment: Very innovative product. Does what it is supposed to do. Feels like its made from a fairly decent Quality. A good backup for when the power goes out for extensive periods.

Very Noisy and needs you to get your own batteries. Would recommend you look at getting more expensive option

This pump is useful as an emergency backup for unexpected power fails. It works with 2 large torch batteries and once plugged in and switched on it will only work then the power goes off. It kept my quarantine tank running while I worked towards getting a more suitable, long-term solution. The advantages are that it’s easy on the budget and works automatically. The disadvantages are that you have to buy batteries separately and it’s very noisy. I’ve used these pumps for about 2 weeks with the load shedding schedule before the batteries started to get weak. It worked as a short term fix until I could get a lithium ac/dc battery backup air pump.
