Red Lizard Whiptail Catfish (Rineloricaria sp) are one of the most beautiful and stylish fish for any aquarium. As they grow older the colour starts developing and exquisite red. Very peaceful fish that adds a good dash of style fish tank. You can feed them Hikari Algae Wafers or Dennerle Plecomenu.

McMerwe comments: Perfect for any planted tank. It does not eat plants and will do well with small fish. It a beautiful fish with a twig-like appearance. It will always draw attention with its bright red colour when it is mature.

Very interesting catfish. They are really peaceful and do not grow too large. Would definitely recommend getting them as they are not too common and have amazing coloration. Be sure to not only keep one as they like being sociable.

I bought them for a tank of all red fish that I build.
You will see them a-lot so getting a good size school of 8+ will look very nice. When thy all swim together.
