Nature Boys Indian Almond Leaves are packed with tannins, offering natural antibacterial and antifungal benefits that help reduce the risk of infections. These leaves also lower pH, create a more natural environment, and serve as a nutritious food source for shrimp.
✔ Natural Water Conditioner – Releases tannins that gently acidify the water and lower pH.
✔ Antibacterial & Antifungal Properties – Helps prevent fin rot, fungus, and bacterial infections.
✔ Stress Reduction – Mimics the natural habitat of bettas, shrimp, and other freshwater species.
✔ Shrimp Food Source – As the leaves break down, they promote biofilm growth, providing a long-lasting food supply.
Once placed in the aquarium, the leaves slowly decompose, releasing tannins that tint the water yellow or brown while improving water conditions. The effects last 1 to 3 weeks, requiring no additional action.
