In nature they’re often found in large aggregations and in captivity will often pack themselves into a single nook, cranny or cave when at rest, so a group of at least 5-6 specimens should be the minimum purchased

These loaches are one of my favourite. They were absolutely tiny when they arrived (yay!) so I’d definitely recommend keeping them separate for a while to grow them out.

Love these things, they are quitr fast and lets them escape the bigger fish. With adequate hiding space they grow into their full length. Awesome to watch them in the evening when they come out as the lights aren’t that strong or off.

Tiny, tiny, tiny little kuhli loaches. Absolutely adorable. I would recommend space to grow them out to prevent other fish from eating them, because they are just so small. They arrived quickly and in great condition. Very happy.
