Hikari Sinking Wafers are specifically developed for corydoras catfish, loaches, and other bottom feeders after extensive research into their nutritional requirements and eating habits. Keep them active and in ideal form with Hikari Sinking Wafers.

A Pellet Designed With A Purpose:
- This one-of-a-kind “soft disc” has been developed for bottom feeders who have small downward facing mouths and typically gulp their food
- A smaller sized disc offers just the right amount of nutrition for common community tank applications
- Scientifically developed to avoid dissolving so your nocturnal feeders will have a chance to properly graze too
- When used as directed will not cloud your aquarium water
Feed the amount your pet will completely consume in 20 minutes. Care should be taken to avoid over-feeding and always remove any uneaten food after feeding period to avoid water clouding or health-impacting issues.

Been using for 2 years now, loaches, cory’s and shrimp love this, but beware of it potentially causing hydra though. Treated my tank for it 3 times and it just kept coming back. Others I talked to have had the same issue in shrimp only tanks feeding this. Neons and even pea puffers will take pecks at it surprisingly.

My loaches, shrimp and bristlenose Pleco goes absolutely nuts for this. I’ve even spotted my emerald’s patiently waiting for the shrimp or kuhli loach to take a bite and then the emeralds go for the powdery residue that gets released. My lemon and Xray tetras will literally fight over these pellets, even after they’ve been fed. Overall, great product.

Great food for my bottom dwellers, although the top dwellers will take some bites out of it if they get a chance. It takes a while to soften up and expands quite a bit so just be careful as to not overfeed your fish with it.
