extremely beautiful fish when fully grown. mine were healthy. dont mix with celestial pearl danios if you breed them. you will get hybrids

They are definitely good-looking fish, and as usual, were healthy and active. The ones I received were small and had little to no colour yet.

Absolutely gorgeous fish and super active. Very shy in the beginning, but now always at the front of the tank. Mine at least barely touch any food I feed them buy always nibbling on algae and looking super healthy.

Beautiful small fish. Keep in a group & do not keep with Celestial Pearl Danios/Galaxy Rasboras unless you want hybrid babies. Great quality, healthy fish from McMerwe as always.

Would recommend buying them in a group as they are very shy fish and tend to hide away. But they bring character to my tank. They are great for nano tanks

They are fish that you can look at for hours, they have such an interesting society between themselves. I bought 10 (July 2020) and I have 9 left, so for me a very hardy fish. They are shy, but if you get more “outgoing” fish in the tank they loose their stage fright. Not the best fish for a single species tank, but wonderful neighbours in a community tank.

Love these little fishies. Mine were super tiny when I got them and they were super timid, So I quickly went to a fish store close to my house and just got 2 adults (it helped the juveniles to be more confident). It’s been about 7 months now, and they do still hide a lot when I’m around, I think I lost maybe 3 or 4 (load-shedding caused my kuhli loaches to get stuck in the filtration system and caused ammonia spikes). BUT, the 5/6 that are left are very happy and grown up now. And have made friends with my x-ray tetras and harlequin’s! I’m definitely going to purchase more!
