King Tiger Pleco or Hypancistrus sp L333
The King Tiger Pleco (Hypancistrus sp. L333) is a striking freshwater catfish known for its bold black and white striped pattern, giving it a regal and eye-catching appearance. Native to the Rio Xingu in Brazil, this species is a favorite among aquarists for its manageable size, peaceful temperament, and unique look. Unlike common algae-eaters, the King Tiger Pleco prefers a protein-rich diet and thrives in well-oxygenated, warm water with plenty of hiding places. Perfect for aquascaped tanks, this pleco adds both beauty and functionality to community setups.
