I had a few questions about my order which required very specific arrangements and their customer support team went above and beyond to help me to fulfill my requirements!

Had great service with their online store. Al items packaged beautifully. Ordered red shrimp and Sterbai Cory’s on separate occasions and they arrived in good Condition.. All. Their plants have been healthy too. Very happy with them! Will definitely order again!

Lovely simplistic layout with everything an aquarist needs in one place! A wide variety of healthy livestock and plants at good prices.

Well informed staff, helpfull and kind. clean and cozy store with an abundance of aquatic accesories and live stock at amazing prices compared to other aquatic stores. Abseloutley love the setup I drove 50min to this store (McMerwe) and will do it again without a doubt.

Incredible shop, I loved walking through and seeing all the super quality stock and display tanks. Pricing is reasonable and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t wait for my next visit.

As a newbie in this hobby just walking into McMerwe not knowing where to start and must say Jacques and Rolien helpfulness and knowledge was extremely helpful from ,Equipment needed to substrates to plants and understanding what your budget and not just selling you things you don’t need,the feeling of being part of the fish world community makes you want to constantly pop into the store just to see what’s new even meeting new people in the store.

My go to aqaurium shop. Jacques is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. The fish are first quarantined before they let them sell. Plants are always healthy and in great condition. 5 stars!
